MC WAR’s upcoming face-off between Keith Murray and Fredro Starr will have major battle rap star power in attendance. Murda Mook, a first ballot hall of fame battler, will be on hand to host the “Generation X” event on October 4.
“I need everybody to be in the building. I’m gonna be there. Just for the culture, for everything that’s going on, it’s a great move,” says Mook.
Besides Murda Mook, Hot 97’s DJ Enuff has signed on for the showcase as well. More announcements about “Generation X” are expected in the coming days.
The Murray versus Starr battle will take place at Milk River in Brooklyn. Tickets are available at mcwars.com. The event will also broadcast on AllHipHop.com.
