this guy is a really good rapper but he's career never really took off, me personally i'm never going to buy a cd called jesus christ superstar it's just a bit too blasphemous & i'm not even a religious guy, haven't even been baptized. i get it his muslim & he enjoys ripping off christ but majority of english speaking people are christians or got a certain respect for the religion it's a huge part of a fan base to offend, picture this a scottish white guy calls himself king allah killer & raps about allah sucking cock or something similar, if that artist was on certified gold album & his music gets around the whole arab world will be up in arms but a guy like chris bearer can talk shit about christ & it's ok well he's not selling but he certainly not going to get into serious problems as that white scotish guy i made up, that could be 1 problem the other him cutting off his penis & jumping out a building could be another not really sure but what i do know is the man's a good rapper just curious why he's not as famous or why he never really made it big, i feel he has got a lot of good tracks & features under his belt & is capable of hitting a wider market, is there a future for christbearer, do you think he's capable of getting relevant in the hip hop scene, what do you guys think of him?

You listen to a rapper called Holocaust but you're worried about some dude offending Christians? Since you asked, I'm not religious and the idea of blasphemy doesn't mean anything to me. Christbearer is a decent MC, but there's no way of predicting whether or not an artist blows up. I don't get the impression that he's trying to be offensive, but some cats make entire careers off of doing just that.

holocaust is a great rapper. chris bearer is a great rapper too but yeah it is annoying that he is offending christians, a lot of people will just despise him by his name & album titles alone, i'm no marketing executive but i would like to see him blow up because i believe he is that good & can't really understand how a guy with so much talent is not getting the props he deserves.take it back to the drawing board drop the t come up with better album titles that's not offensive, maybe leave out shit like fuck church on his lyrics could help his career. i have never rapped in my life think it's kind of gay it's not shit that i would be doing ever but if i had to make an album i would stick traditional, push out 2 or 3 radio friendly tracks to drive the album & stay away from shit that would conceive my album in a negative way, people take religion seriously you can't be from 1 religion & disrespect another religion, you could but you cutting down your fanbase in my opinion, no guy is going to chill on church in sunday & come home & play christ beare jesus christ superstar & that's a very huge part of the consumer market.

not music related but look at xbox1 & ps4 at launch sony said everything the consumer wanted to hear, xbox walked in like top dogs laying down the rules & ps4 is outselling xbox 2-1 xbox had to go pack to the drawing board & playing a game of catch up & going the extra mile for it's consumers which it wouldn't of had to done if they never had an attitude

I agree with you about Xbox and Playstation. When it comes to music though, any rapper that censors himself in order to be commercial doesn't have my respect.

living in a civilized world you have to censor yourself, i know i do, i try to be civilized & considerate & a good man, it's certainly not easy but you have to try to be. method man & red man make commercial music & censor their shit down & got your respect. a good artist can draw the attention of a wide audience to a single album. look at jay-z he's not a better rapper than chris bearer or hollocaust but he has everything they wish they could have. got to follow the blueprint you have to have 3 hit singles, get with artists that's relevant (4 tracks) get good production & do your own shit on the rest of the album & try not to offend the consumer(2pac: try & rap for the bitches, niggaz want what the bitches want) a successful can do all these things on a single album

i don't like jay-z either but he's smart, to the general public if i had to tell them that chris bearer or warcloud is better than jay-z they would think i'm insane & make fun of, most probably think i'm an idiot.
according to sales i would be, according to their voice i wouldn't be insane anymore. lyrics,flow, wordplay, authenticity take jay-z's biting & copying & borrowing into consideration & we got a rational debate
